Former Love Island contestant Laura Anderson is not happy with her daughter's father, Gary Lucy, claiming that he hasn't been in contact for months.

Laura and Gary, who met on Celebs Go Dating, split in 2023 shortly after she announced the news she was expecting. They welcomed their daughter Bonnie later that year and even though they split by the time she was born, it was thought they worked through their issues and were on good terms.

Many even believed that the two stars had rekindled their romance last Christmas, but Laura was soon to put rumours to bed, saying they were not an item.

Spending quality time with Bonnie this week Laura posted several photos on her social media saying 'How anyone could go without seeing or supporting their child is beyond me. I love you, Bonnie Rose.'

One follower asked Laura if Gary had been in contact with his daughter to which she replied 'Do you mean has her daddy seen her...No, he hasn't since 2nd January if you would like to direct those questions to him as I have no control over the actions of others.'

Gary also has four children from his previous marriage to ex-wife Natasha Gray. India who is 18, Elvis 12, Sadie seven and Theodore, four.

It was noticed that Gary himself posted a cryptic message on his social media that said 'When you discover your self-worth, you lose interest in anyone who doesn't see it.'

Fans were quick to give their support claiming that they know what it is like not to have their father around but that Laura was doing a fantastic job as a mum.
